Has anyone tried the ridata epson compatible cartidges yet?
At £8 for a set of 7 (2 black) with a promotion of buy one get one free from svp.co.uk these sound too good to be true.
Any advice would be good

Not sure about the cartridges but I can vouch for the service you'll get from SVP. They're good... Much better than UKDVDR who ripped me off...

I've got some of these from SVP too - in fact I've seen other places on the net doing this offer, so it's not just SVP. Methinks Ridata are trying to get some serious market penetration for "their" new product.
I haven't found any distinguishing marks on them that gives away their true manufacturer, but I can say that I've been running a black and light cyan Ridata cartridge in an Epson R200 for about a week now and everything seems fine so far...
I also got some for my father's Epson C64 - however we haven't had the need to put any new carts in that just yet.
Watch this space, as they say... although with this offer you're talking less than a quid for a cartridge so why not give them a go yourself ? If they turn out to be decent enough, I might have to stock up !
PS - plus of course this bank holiday they've got a few offers on that come in to play on orders over £30 and £100 IIRC...
