Error RC9

hi i just bought a copy of svcd2dvd and i installed everything fine..i am trying to take 2 svcd files and join them and convert them to NTSC...everything works and loads fine...but near the end i get an ERROR and it writes this

its not the movie forsure because i have tried 3 differant ones...and i keep getting the same message on all three movies....any help would be appreciated..thanx

log file?? where can i find that? the error message it gave me is what i posted in my first post..if there is another log file somwhere where i dont know please tell me,,,thanx
