    I tested Folder2ISO this way:

    1) create a DVD content (VIDEO_TS folder), then use Nero Express to burn that on DVD - result is always a good DVD disc. that's how I normally burn dVD

    2) use Folder2ISO utility to convert VIDEO_TS folder into an ISO file, then use DVDDecrypter to burn it on a blank DVD. The resulting DVD does not play at all by DVD player, it cannot even be recognized by the PowerDVD software or CinePlayer on the PC.

    Does anyone has similar issue ? and what did I do wrong ?

    Absolutely correct. ImgTools Classic is for making a Dvd video iso. Folder2Iso is for making a data dvd iso.
