Not exactly video news, but I felt it worthy all the same.

Apple Settles Suit Over iPod battery

Customers whose older iPods had poor battery life will get $50 coupons and extended service warranties under a tentative settlement in a class-action lawsuit.
...who bought first-, second- or third-generation versions of the digital music player through May 2004...

Yeah - what a deal.... $50 certificate for any Apple product or service except for iTunes music purchases! Tell me, what are all the non-Apple owners going to spend it on, if they can't use it to buy music?
    You can't fool me, I'm a moron!

A nice apple logo'd hat or moccasins!!!

Really, I don't know, but at least it's something. I'm sure most just want the extended warranty so they can send in their iPod under coverage and get a free new battry.
