Using ATI AIW, WinME, MMC 7.1, I capture an mpeg2 stream at 352x480. When TMPGEnc opens it, it claims it's in 320x240, clipping off the top and bottom. Anyone know what simple step I'm missing that's causing this?

1) IF it's already a MPEG2 stream why are you trying to open it in TMPGenc?
2) I suspect that you have a templated loaded/locked that causing this. Load the unlock template (../templates/extra) then reload your MPEG. That should work. -
1) Well, it was captured as an MPEG2, CBR, because when I use VBR, MPEG2, a get a periodic "chirp" superimposed on the audio. I'd like to convert it to SVCD format...
2) Used the unlock template. When I load my 352x480 template, then load my mpeg, I get 320x240 again. When I load the standard SVCD NTSC template, then load my mpeg, the 480x480 stays but the mpeg "stretches" to fit the 480x480.
