A series of files were created with FFMPEG using the exact same parameters, but for some reason there is bitrate variance from one file to the other, sometimes in the audio streams, and other times in the video streams.
This is an issue because Virtualdubmod fails to concatinate AVI files that don't have matching bitrates. So what are my options?
I know I can do the merging with the original VOB files, but I don't like the idea of working with 4.7 GB files. I'd rather do the merging with smaller files.
I also don't like the idea of installing another tool like autogk. Windows is so fragile and I have a sick number of apps installed already. I'll probably have to cave in and work with large VOB files using DVD Decrypter (which has a setting to disable splitting).
I just wanted to know first if anyone has been able to merge FFMPEG produced files.
