Hey,
I have some .mpg files that are 320 x 240. When I try to open them with TMPEGEnc DVD Author, they say they are not DVD resolution and cannot be used and that the video framerate of 29.97 fps cannot be used with the 320 x 240 resolution.
What can I do to modify these files to get them to DVD Resolution so I can create a DVD? Is it worth it or would the quality be terrible?
Thanks!

are you creating an NTSC DVD? If so, I would upsize them to 352x240, mpeg-1, and use either 1856kbps or the current video bitrate of your source videos (whichever is lower).
The audio will need to go to 48khz (assuming you are creating a DVD).George
