This should be an easy one, but I have not attempted it yet.

I want to take a single movie DVD I made with tmpgenc DVD Author/Nero, and strip out all the chapters and place new ones in better chosen areas. No menu on this one.

Can someone tell me what programs I use for this. I have Decrypter and Shrink, along with tmpgenc. I also have Sony Vegas with DVD Architect.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

TMPGEnc DVD Author. Just use the VOBs from your first attempt as source material for your new.

rip the files like any other dvd, and drag and drop all vobs into tmpgenc?

When you select source file, it lets you take in several vobs just like selecting one finished m2v file?

    Ok, thx

Basically, yes. I imagine you can add any # of VOBs to a title just as you can add any # of mpg to a title.

TMPGEnc DVD Author, Add DVD Video. This then asks for your VIDEO_TS folder. Then you get a dropdown to select which title you want. To remove the chapter points, go to the "Chapter Edit Cut" tab and delete all the thumbnails to the far right.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  7. You can also do it with DvdReMake Pro directly with the disk you already authored: http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/ht_insert_chapter.php
