    The industry seems surprised by the findings of this survey. Being a DVR user, I'm not surprised at all ... even though I've yet to use VOD:

    VOD is the greatest thing since sliced bread. The only flaw is turnover is a bit slow, and depending where you are there are too few VOD channels.
