Hey guys, I just got my new Computer and I cant seem to Capture Video on it.
I have Adobe Premiere 6.5 and a Sony DCR TRV-25 Mini DV camera.
When I go into Capture mode, Premiere freezes and shows as "Not Responding"
Same with Windows Movie Maker.
I have a feeling I am missing something, drivers? I dont know. I recently had problems getting my computer to even recognize my camera for Memory stick USB uploads, but fixed that.
Any tips? Sony's website has no drivers regarding Firewire.

Awesome, that worked.
I just have 1 More question.
I remember when I installed Premiere on my old computer, it lagged really really badly when capturing, and my friend told me I had to turn off a certain setting and that worked so well.
Well I cant remember what the setting was and if anyone could remind me what is it and where the setting can be found, step by step, that would rule.
Thanks again.
