I've been using Tmpgenc express to join and "encode" my avi's into one dvd movie. I then "authored" them using tmpgenc dvd author. Both of these programs are good as far a quality is concerned, but they take too long as a whole to produce 1 movie. I'm talking 7 hours to encode & 1 hour to author and burn. My CPU speed is 2.6G Athlon with 512DDR ram also. So i'm not too slow.
I'm wondering if there is a program or programs that can do the following "QUICKLY": (1) Join the avi files into one complete movie.
(2) Encode the joined movie.
(3) If possible create a disc menu.
(4) And burn the movie onto a disc.
Thanks for any replies in advance.
Ps... I got rid of my jumping movie problem, by getting a Pioneer 109 writer. I'm gona get rid of the sony dru700a it never wrote a single disk right on multiple medie types.![]()
