  1. I have tried DVD decrypter, have tried to reauthor in DVD shrink have tried clone DVd and can not get this darn movie backed up. Can someone please help me. I'm sure it's something simple that I'm missing being a newbie to this and all, so yeah go ahead and tell me what a moron I am but only after telling me where I'm going wrong and how to do it Thanks

Are you getting an error of some sorts?
Give us a few more details.

  3. Yeah sorry, in DVD decryptor it gets to about 2% ripped and then it just errors out. Sorry I can't remember what it was doing in the other two programs I will try to run them again and see what they say... Thanks for your reply...

    Is the disc scratched?

  5. There are some fine scratches on it but nothing major. I have tried this movie before, a few months ago when I was first trying my hand at backing movies up, and came up with about the same thing... If no one else has had any problems with this movie then I must be doing something wrong (yes I know that was stating the obvious )...

Well...there won't be any special copy protection that DVD Decrypter can't handle....so I dunno.
Post the error that you are getting.

  10. I have backed up BTTF 3 without problems with DVD Shrink and Anydvd, so you may have a bad source disk.

  11. BTTF was out before any new protection was released so Im sure its either a bad disc or user error. I used dvd shrink only to backup my original.
Maybe the re-release of the dvds have the new protection on them.
Life is like a pothole, you just have to learn to get around it.
