Not sure whether this is the right place for this sort of question, but here it goes...

I recently purchased a Daewoo 5000N for the purpose of playing back SVCD from CD-R(W) and the player plays the disc without a hitch until it gets to the end of the video. Instead of playing a fade to black transition that is part of the video....it instead freezes and then goes back to my main DVD screen. I've got a friend with a Pioneer DVD player (not sure on model no.) whose player plays the disc fine including the fade to black transition. Is this a problem with the player?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
