Hello, im in the middle of making a scene selection menu. When i click on a scene (ex, scene 3,which is chapter3, it plays the scene but then continues onto chapter 4. How do i set it to stop at the end of scene 3 and not continue to chapter4?

If you only want chapter-3 to play, create a Chapter Playlist with only Chapter-3 in it, and then have the button link to the Chapter Playlist.

hi George.. how do i create a chapter playlist? This is my first project.. i appreciate your help .. thanks a bunch

in the connections window, right-click/add/chapter playlist

Then double-click on the Chapter Playlist (it will be inserted when you do the above). Add in your chapters (you can play your chapters in any order if you want).

Then you can link to the Chapter Playlist from a menu button.

got it George.. thanks I have one more... if you don't mind. Ok after it plays scene 3, it goes back to the root menu.. how do i make it go back to the scene selection instead?

in the connection window (you will learn to use the connection window alot).

left-click on the chapter playlist. Then underneath the connection window, you should see "END LINK", with a pulldown menu to the right of it. Use the pulldown to select the menu where you want it to go
