Use an Epson R200 or other printer that can print on CDs/DVDs.

The tray that comes with the R200 has a little cover that allows for the business card cdrs. If these cdrs aren't injket printables then you'll have to buy the business card lables.

Yes, it comes with it out of the box. As for getting a new one I guess you could call or email Epson and see if they'll send you one.

My studio does this by authoring something nice to DVD complete with printing on the disc and a normal DVD case with a good printed cover and liner book. We stuff as much ROM data as we have room left on the disc (which is usually a lot). We also print off a lot of that information and include 8x10 photos and stuff like that in a small binder. We've put together some very good press kits over the years like that and they work really well once you've got the hook in a client.
