    Apparently my pc is infected with Adtomi adware. Only Spybot can detect it and clean it, however it reinstalls itself every time I reboot. Anyone have any ideas?

    go to start then run open up msconfig and go to startup items and be very very careful and don't delete anything your unsure about. also try hijack this it will help some but then again be very very veyr careful with that too. if all else fails reformat

    Turn off system restore by right clicking on "My Computer"

    Reboot in safe mode.

    Run your antispy application in safe mode and remove the spyware.

    Reboot in regular mode.

    Voila...

    While in safemode, clean out your internet explorer history and the prefetch cache.
