How can I play my DVD on my cd-rom?

DVDs can't be played on CD-ROMS. You must use a DVD-ROM and a dedicated SW (PowerDVD,WinDVD...)

yepp, you need a software player.
WinDVD or PowerDVD is probibly the best ones.
