MPG or M2V to VOB

Dear friends,

I am kind of trying to learn how to handle with the DVDReMake Pro, and would like to know if any of would know a soft that could convert a MPG or M2V file to a stand alone VOB file.

any authoring tool like muxman, rejig, ifoedit, dvdauthorgui.

Convert the still images to mpg with tmpgenc and then author it to a vob file.

and ONE topic is enough for similiar topics...i removed the other topic.

With ifoedit, or anything else, can / could we edit an ifo file and a vob file at the same time? I mean, could we assign another video stream, a M2V p.e., to take the place the video stream already assigned in a vob file one?
