Backing up using VobBlanker

Noobie here: I'm just curious how I can back-up my DVD via VobBlanker. Is there some setting in the program I use that can just rip the entire disc to my harddrive? (Yes I do have Shrink & decrypter but one particular disc is giving me problems in both of them and I'd like to see if VOBblanker can do the trick).

When I tried using what I thought were the correct VOBBlanker processed files earlier, all I get is a green screen on the processed file in DVD Shrink, and TMPGEnc says I'm missing a "GOP" header or something like that.

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong and how to use the program!
