DVD Shrink will not read disc

Hi

I am trying to make a back up of a movie using DVD Shrink. I have previously used DVD Shrink to make backups of several movies with no problems however DVD Shrink does not seem to recognise this particular disc

When attempting to open the disc using DVD shrink I am met with the error 'DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue - No disc is in the drive - The parameter is incorrect'

I presume that this is an issue to do with the protection on the disc so I have used DVD Decrypter to create a Video_TS file and then attempt to open this uisng Open Files in DVD Shrink. However upon attempting to do this I then receive the error
'DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue - Failed to open F:\DVD_VIDEO\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_5.VOB - The system cannot find the file specified'

Any ideas as to how I can make backup of this disc

I am using
DVD Shrink Ver.3.2.0.15
DVD Decrypter 3.5.2.0

Rip with the latest DVDDecrypter(3.5.4.0),if that doesn't help then try IsoBuster.

You should have told use what dvd it is then we would know what to do. Or search the forum for it.
