Dear friends,
Does any of you know if we can, with a MPG,or a M2V and a Wav files originated from a dvd, reauthor this dvd with its original menu ?

No. You don't have all the information. What about menus, subpictures, command structures.
If you are talented, and have the right tools, you could probably create a fair facsimile though.Read my blog here.

toast won't do wav, so using mpg file instead of m2v file gets round that?
