    If you click on "DVDDecrypter" you will get a page with almost 30 guides listed.

  4. Are you talking about compiling and authoring dvd's or just the "burn" process? Most burning apps all depend on the drive in use as far as burn speeds are concerned.

    You can try to do what 's been suggested since DVD Decrypter is freeware and an excellent application, or you can try other applications too such as Clone DVD, DVD Architect or TMPGEnc DVD Author, even though all of them are not free. Burning with DVD Decrypter is not difficult. Just follow these simple steps:
    1.Open DVD Dec.;
    2.Select Mode>ISO>Write;
    3.As the source, select the previously created folder where your files are located.
    4.Burn it!

    Help, help, help. Well what's the problem. Define slow or faster. What are we trying to burn. What hardware are we using (slow burner = slow time), what media (1x = slowest speed) are you using. THer are several programs out there, I use Nero 6, as well as DVD Decrypter. One cost money, the other does not. Both have limitations, pros and cons.
