Ive searched and I have come up with nothing. Ive tried converting the XVID to AVI first using Virtual Dub MPEG2 but when I save the AVI it gets half way through and then says my computer has no more space. Then I go to look at the problem and the file that its saving takes up more than 20 gb. I was wondering if Im on the right track with this and if I am why do my AVI's turn out to be such a large file?

    Thanx

  2. well if what you want to do is take this Xvid and make a DVD out of it,you want to convert/encode it to Mpeg2 not AVI.try Tmpgenc, You may need to Save the Audio file to .Wav before you put it into Tmpgenc but try it first.

I am trying to use VDUB to change the audio. I have found this guide in someone elses post: http://members.dodo.net.au/~jimmalenko/ExtractAudio.htm
When I try to save the WAV it says no Audio Decompresser could be found. So I downloaded the AC3ACM thing in that guide and I don't know where to place the file so I can have the Decompresser?
