    I have a movie that is a MPEG2 file that I just finished encoding with TMPGenc 3.0 Express. The File size is 4.07 GB. I have tried opening NERO 6 and choosing DVDVideo but when I try to drag the file over it says it can't be more than 2 GB.

    You'll need to author the mpeg file.

    Hi

    You need to author the file (create 'AUDIO_TS, VIDEO_TS' folders) as mentioned in earlier reply. I use TMPGEnc DVD Author. Very very easy program to use and it also gives you the option to go straight into burning to disc at the end of authoring-no need to open up Nero.
    Approx. 20mins plus burn time-depending on PC spec.
