Qustion about Register

i´m from Germany and like to Register and Donate the Money for a full Version of SVCD2DVD but i dosen´t understand the payment methods.
Because i haven´t PayPal or NoChex and realle don´t understood Kagi

isn´t there an option for credit card anymore ? i used my, way back then
