I was trying to back up a DVD with DVDshrink and anyDVD and I got an error telling me my DVD is either dirty damaged or I need to download Firmware that will play RPC2 discs.

The disc is fine it playback fine in my DVD players. I just can't back it up.

I have a LG Burner. Where woiuld I get the proper firmware and is it harmful to my PC at all
