    Hi,
I need some help with CCE and DVDShrink. Is there anyway I can just use DVDShrink to remove extras and everything off my DVD.. save it as DVD Folder, open it with CCE and encode it and than burn it with DVD Decrypter? Is it possible rather than using DVD RB to remove extras and audio tracks etc..?

  2. Yes, go into reauthor mode in Shrink and simply backup the movie only at 100% compression.

    Hi,
But should I place all the menu's and the main movie into the DVD Structure? Do I have to re-author... or can I just take everythng off.. and than just compress it.. does it have to be re-authored to be compressed and saved?

  4. So you want to retain the menus, but remove all extras? If this is the case, use VOBblanker to blank out all the unwanted extras, then use DVD-RB. No need to use DVD Shrink.

I do what you want to do all the time, retain the menus and main movie only. I first rip with DVDDecryptor and then use Titlesetblanker to blank out the non-movie titles. Remove the blanked .vob's, .ifo's & bup's files, which now have ~ at the end, from the VIDEO_TS folder. I then use DVDRW w/CCE-Basic to shrink the movie. Also, don't forget to remove the language tracks you don't want. That'll save you some space.
