    How soon will it be before someone can post any information on the UMD Movie Formats for the PlayStation Portable game system? I'd like to know a little more before it's release on March 24th. I'm curious how to take home video projects and burn them, rather than putting them on the memory stick.

    Is a UMD anything like a MiniDVD? Maybe just encoded to Mpeg4?

    According to DVD Empire's web site, UMDs
    hold 1.8 gig of information, so I am guessing they are mini DVD size. They will have to be in a compressed format, but no telling what that format will be.
