  1. --I burn on NEC 3520
    --I ONLY burn at 4
    --I ONLY burn -R
--I have used a lot of Prodisc in the past with EXCELLENT results (from meritline)
--I want to pay under .80 per disk
--Need to be white hub inkjet printable

Im tempted to stick with the prodisc because Ive had lots of good results with their silver media in the past (over 1500 burns)

Should try a different store? Supermediastore? Rima?

Do I have to pay for an 8x disk or are there good 4x white printable around?

I heard TY disks can burn pretty average on some drives--hows the 3520 with them?

    Any advice?

These are really Good one's from Rima.
I can't comment on the Burner. But on my Pioneer 108. These burn at 8x with no issues. They also look really good using my Epson r200 to print covers on them.

Why that would be an albino hooker.

lol. anywayzz, try the supermediastore.com Linkyo(shut up) -R 8x hub printables. they burn fine and can burn @4x if u desire, but I burn em at 8 and sometimes at 12x. They even carry the ty code, even though we all knowits fake, they still burn fine and at about $26.00 for 100, its decent.

Try these. I've had great luck and they print great with the Epson R300 (hub printable). They are 8x, but they're as cheap as or cheaper than the 4x. I burn them at 8x with the NEC2500

Bought these last time, have had ZERO problems, print looks great on my r200.

Next time, I think I'll go with the Prodisc (link above) just because there's a HUGE difference in price, enough to outweigh the quality difference, if any?!

go with the TDK TTG01's or TTG02's hub printables. Made in Japan, others say otherwise.
They are great discs. Didn't have a single failure.

Miro, I get them off the shelve where I live here in the sunny Med, but not knowing where you are I can't tell you where to get them. Seek them out. I guess you are in the US if you shop from Meritline, so try the on-line places. Supermediastore seem to be quite reputable, so give them a try. Grab the TY's also if you get a chance, they're the best of the best. I got some TY's via a friend in the US from supermedia. Either Ty's or the Japanese TDK's you can't go wrong, and all within your budget of 80cent.

  11. If you like Prodisc then I recommend this:

Prodisc -R 8X White Printable Inkjet
    http://www.shop4tech.com/user.htm?go=view_item&id=2678&cata=1&s_cata=

I bought 100 discs (Prodisc) and I burned more than 40 without a coaster. My burner is NEC 3500AG

    Cost: $39.00
    Tax 2.72
    (10%off) - 3.90 (code TCB10 - Exp:3/15/05)
    FREE ship
And they still ship to me only 2 days.

BTW, I do not work for them.

ProdiscF01 or MCC02RG20 seem to be the most common codes.

I checked the disc with DVD Decrypter and it said:
    Manufacturer ID: MCC 02RG20

BTW, I don't think we should buy GQ DVD-R 8x Printable at Fry's
    I bought last week 50 for 17.99 - 10 Rebate
The code is: Manufacturer ID: TYG02

But I burned 6 with 2 have problem when playback (at the end - almost - the frame is freeze and I had to skip and one disc could not even play to the end)
I already try to burn with DVD Decrypter instaed of Nero, but not improve.
