VOBBlanker question on cutting VOB's

Hello, good program, have checked the guides.

It seems to me that I can blank out, strip audio or replace PGC's (1:1). When I click on Prev/Cut to go to the Cell mode, the program does not seem to allow to either "cut movie" or "keep movie" beyond one cell.

How do I edit multiple cells per PGC?

Currently, I have multiple PGC's with some PGC's having multiple cells. The program seems to remember the last cell I edited. I have tried extracting each of these cells into multiple VOB's but that starts to get too damn complicated. If this program cannot do it, what program can you guys recommend, cost or otherwise.

Please do not recommend a program no matter how good you think this program is unless you know it performs the function I am looking for.
