  1. Hi
i've followed the guides of converting ogm files to dvd and having hard subtitles, but i have a problem when using virtualdubmod. When the sub stream is demuxed from the ogm, the timing is completely out, i've tried some of the tools to change the timing but it seems that the .srt are corrupted. I know that the subs work ok when the ogm is played through media player classic, so it must be virtualdubmod thats doing this.
I thought i'd try Ogmdemuxer, but it's a long time since i had to use any dos commands and can't quite figure out if its working?

can anyone help me please, just some simple instructions how to use ogmdemuxer, and does it demux .srt files.
The copy i downloaded has no instructions in the read me, and i've tried tying help and this doesn't work.
    Thanks for any help

"Drag and drop your .ogm on the OGMDemuxer.exe and it will demultiplex/split all streams automatically."

It works fine under winxp sp2.

ogmdedumxer /? -h --help, etc. should give you a list of commands.

From recollection it is simply track #:filename so
    ogmdemuxer.exe 3ubs.srt or whatever.

As said though ogmdemuxer input.ogm will simply demux all streams.
