  1. I obtained a folder containing the files stored on a dvd movie. The folder is 7.45GB and i'm not sure how to go about splitting these files so make 2 or more dvds.

The map of the folder (not archive/rar/iso) i have looks like this...

    \dvd\
    \dvd\VIDEO_TS.BUP
    \dvd\VIDEO_TS.IFO
    \dvd\VIDEO_TS.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_0.BUP
    \dvd\VTS_01_0.IFO
    \dvd\VTS_01_0.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_1.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_2.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_3.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_4.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_5.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_6.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_7.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_01_8.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_02_0.BUP
    \dvd\VTS_02_0.IFO
    \dvd\VTS_02_0.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_02_1.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_03_0.BUP
    \dvd\VTS_03_0.IFO
    \dvd\VTS_03_0.VOB
    \dvd\VTS_03_1.VOB

I apologise if my question has already been answered elsewhere, i did search and look at various FAQs etc.
If anyone can help me make a dvd movie from the files i have i'd be greatful

    Many thanks
    Chris

  2. Looks like you will need a dual layer burner.

I have never used one but I guess that this is thr route you would need to take.
    If it's wet, drink it

    hmmm..

its not really worth the cash to burn se7en to a dvd+r DL disc, they're like $10 each.. you'll need to resize it.. free way =

    dvd shrink = transcode
img tool = create iso image from files
dvd decrypter = burn iso image

or use a guide found on this site to take a dvd 9 to 2 dvd Rs either will work. but the dvd9 to on dvdr makes more sence unless you really want to keep all the stuff on that dvd.. im thinking that folder is so large because its a full dvd with all extras full quality

  5. if you just want to watch the movie itself and don't care about menus and extra features, open the folder up in DVD Shrink and Shrink it.
