I recently sold my Panasonic RV31 for a really good deal on a Pioneer DV-434 DVD player. My main reason for buying was because it plays SVCDS. I also noticed the pioneer is progressive scan. I read it does not support 3:4 pulldown which makes it not TRUE p-scan, and read it causes poor image quality. This has made me wonder since progressive scan is not an issue with me wether or not I should go with the 343 instead since it supports SVCDs at a hight bit-rate? Is the picture qaulity going to be the same or worse if I stick with the 434Your suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
