    i gotta dvdr image with the file ext .img i burnt this with nero but only the first one and a half chapters will play before it freezes...also none of the extras or buttons will work on the start screen...cant find any other way of burning it upto yet,,,,any help please...

    try burn with dvddecrypter.
    could also be bad media.

    does it play on your computer?

    Just as an addition, Alcohol 120% should burn the *.img images as well. Glad ya it working.
