I have just burned a DVD+RW in TPMGEnc DVD Author and played it successfully in Media Player but it won't play in the stand-alone DVD player. I extracted the audio from .AVI to .WAV and converted it into .AC3. The video was converted to .M2V and the two converted to DVD format which was burned to a DVD. Is there anything more that needs to be done for it to work?

  2. Check the manual for your player. It may not support DVDRW, just dvd-r or dvd+r.

According to this site the AFK DVD-100 supports DVD+RW. I don't have a clue as to where to start looking for the error.

  4. Media can play a big role here too, the player might accept DVD+- RW but not the one you have.
