  2. Sounds very good. I have never ordered from there - I used CCL Computers in the past (when I was in UK) without problems. If this shop is reliable then go for it.

Ritek DL media isn't very good, you're better off getting the Verbatims as they are the most compatible discs, both in terms of getting a successful burn and playability on various devices.

They took Ritek off that webpage just hours after I posted ! Strange coincidence. Maybe they are now out of stock because of a rush of orders !

    Ditto.

But at the same time there is no harm in trying out new media - buy only a few at the start - from a couple to a spindle of 10; check out. If good then there are $$$s that can be saved.

For instance, I was in Dubai recently and there I purchased two 10 DVD-R spindles of an unknown brand. I have used 14 of them and all turned out very well. The price was unbelievable - 10 UAE Dirhams per spindle (US$1 = AED 3.665) or US$ 3. Now this is retail price across the counter. I felt that I could afford a loss of US$ 6 but in the end it worked out very well.
