  1. I have three different videos that I would like to put to one DVD. AVI Huff 19.971fps, MPEG MPEG1 30fps, MPEG MPEG1 25fps.

The avi is huge 100g. My thought was to convert the AVI to MPEG first then somehow get them all to the same frame per second (not sure how to do this either).

I would like to take parts of the mpeg and put them into sections of the avi. These are home video and I would like to preserve the timeline.

    Any help would be appreciated.

You can burn them as Data, that's for sure.
Some standalones can play data discs.

Beyond that, you need to convert ALL your clips to the same format in case you wish to join them all together and watch them on any DVD standalone.
