  1. Hi

I am recording TV using my Leadtek Winfast TV Deluxe capture card. I am using their DVD capture profile and the resulting mpeg file looks great when played on the PC.

However, when I try to burn it to DVD, using TMPGenc DVD Author, I get a GOP error. I can go ahead and create the DVD disc file, but when I burn it to DVD the sound and picture are out of sync.

I have tried using Ulead DVD and Video products also and I get 'disk image' error messages at the end of the process, before it tries to burn it to DVD. The only way round it so far has been to reencode the file using TMPGEnc and then burning it, but I don't want to be doing this every time as it is very time consuming.

Can anybody give me any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Jo

i have the same card but i don't have sync issues. i used tmpgenc all the time because SpruceUp would not accept the files. i tried svcd2dvd and now it is my main program. accepts my files and runs about 1 hr. 15 min. from load to burned disk !
