How far past 80min/700mb can I go? Has anyone tried overbuuring far past? What happens when things go bad? Like why do people warn against it? Does the laser get stuck in its drivetrain? Does the laser heat up?

If the drive is still under warranty, you can try overburning as far out as you like. If it dies, just bring it back for warranty.
