    Hopefully someone can help me.

    I have been burning movies with Nero 5.5.5.1
    and encoding with TMPGenc.

    Recently, I have encoded movies which play fine on my PC, and when i burn it to cd in vcd format, the first half (1st CD) works great, but the second half (2nd CD) is completely messed up. audio and video are both choppy.
    However the second half is fine when played on my PC.

    Any Advice would be appreciated.

    You could try burning at a slower speed, I sometimes had this problem and it drove me nuts, about 6 mo ago I started limiting my burning speed to 8x and have not had the problem since. (knocking on head)...lol
