  1. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum... Last time I converted a Flash animation into MPG, but this time around the Flash file was password protected. I tried one of those SWF extractors, but it will just take me too long to apply every frame into a movie again. So what I want help in is if there is software that captures what's on your screen in good quality. Or is there any other way to get around the password protected thing to convert the Flash animation into MPG or AVI?

Yes, but since it is only an animation, just encode the wmv file with TMPGEnc to AVI. I always use a template to convert it.

  5. I use Camtasia studio to do a decent screen capture with audio. I can specify the resolution (I capture @ 640X480), and then I use TMPGEnc Plus to encode to CVD. However, you have to disable hardware acceleration or can choose to have the program do it for you while capturing if you don't have a super fast machine.

  7. eukhh... swf2avi is terrible! It first captures every frame asd a bitmab sequence before its stupid super slow encode... go camtasia for flash... for the lower framerates of flash, camtasia is your best bet. Aint this thread kinda old?
