  1. I went out to Best Buy and picked up these Verbatims for 19.99 (50pk) Media code : MCC 02RG20 wondering if they are any good? Thanks Guys

  2. Why are you asking this question? If you know enough about these discs to know about the media code, I'm sure you already know they are considered good discs.

  3. I've heard mcc is a good media code, but I wasn't sure if the numbers had anything to do with them being decent or not.

    Yeah, good media, but this week you can get Made in Japan Fuji's for the same price and they are TY. TY= BETTER

    In your opinion they are, but most people have great luck with these Verbatims as well. Both are great discs.

    Steve, which would you choose, same price side by side?
    9 out of 10 around here would choose TY.
    In the end if they work well for you then it really dont matter.

    I'd choose verbatim 10 out of 10 times...they are one of the only discs that I have had 100% good burns from full cake boxes....Although I did pick up the BB FUJI for $10. 1st disc had flawed dye(smudged) other 5 used have been wonderful though.....but still Verbatim gives 100% for me, not 80% like the TY FUJI....
