I currently own a Seagate 160GB SATA hard drive and am planning to get a second hard drive. This will be a 74GB Western Digital Raptor 10K rpm (also SATA).
I will be using the WD Raptor as my main hard wrive with WinXP installed as the seagate mainly for storage purposes.
I dont know much about Raid setups and mu knowledge on the topic is minimal. What would be the best (and most fastest) setup for my hard drives. My system spec is shown in my sig.
Thanks.

Um, you won't be doing any type of RAID with those two HDDs. RAID0&1 work best with two of the same size and brand HDD. Besides, your 10,000 RPM Raptor is fast enough as your main HDD. I would call it good right there, unless you want to get ANOTHER 74GB Raptor...
Your base? Well, they belong to me now...
