I know these guys have had some bad trouble with some people in the past so I have to give them credit where it is due. I just received 100 DVD cases and more than half of them were broken or defective. I figured I was out of luck as the shipping was more than the value of the refund. However, one call and they are sending me an RMA prepaid mailer. All in all a very positive end to a frustrating experience.

Boy, your experience was better than mine. I wanted to see what one of their 4 DVD overlay cases was like before buying a large number of them. At US.99 for one I figured I couldn't got wrong.
Until they told me it would be US$8.37 for shipping. For shipping ONE lightweight DVD case.
So I asked if they couldn't just mail it to me via the regular postal service. They took two days to check if they could do it and finally told me "sure!". Cost to do so - US$8.35 cents. Wow. A whole 2 cents savings.
They were completely serious too, and didn't seem to get why I thought it was really stupid how the conversation was going.
Anyway, glad your experience went well. I like their stuff, hate their policies. My gear:
- JVC HR-S9911U SVHS VCR
- Datavideo TBC-1000
- JVC DR-M10 DVD writer
- Sony Steadyshot DCR-TRV340 NTSC Digital8 Camcorder
