I'm trying to help someone who bought this thing. We got it set up so that it will copy from the tv, but the disk is in some kind of odd format with an extra video folder. It will play on several different players but they want to make an extra copy and I haven't been able to figure it out. Whatever the solution, it would need to be simple as they are somewhat intimidated by technology. Thanks. Nyah Levi
