  1. Hi,
I have been burning dvds for a while but now i am having a problem.
The discs that i am burning burn successfully, play in all my players. But if i try to rip them to my PC, dvd decrypter keeps having read errors around 75%-85%. I have had this problem before but it was always a fingerprint or something close to the edge of the disc. The ones that are doing it now are freshly burnt. Could my dvd-rom be dying. I use seperate drives for burning and ripping. If the drive is a problem, what is the best dvd-rom to get for ripping dvd-r. Thank you for your time and help.
