try using the latest DVDINFO PRO to do a scan which now accomodates PIONEER burners....

Only certain brands of burners can utilize this test.

Pioneer requested that CD-DVD Speed not enable this function with their drives, I've also read Pioneer drives are not very good for doing PI/PO tests anyway, so your tests may not necessarily be accurate.
