    Hi.
    I need a way to extract the subtitles from a dvd and place them in a corresponding MPEG2 (SVCD) file or if there is a way to convert teh VOB file directly to MPEG2 with the subtitles. Any help is appreciated, Thank you.

    I too, but not to SVCD, to quality MPEG2 or another. Now i job with AutoGK & XVid - this is very sloooow!
