    Hey guys.
I was looking around for a digital cam and camcorder combo, that is small enough to fit in my pocket, and this is what I found to be the best so far. Anyone suggest something better. Here is the link.

That's subjective to as what you mean by DVD. Quality like you see on a regular Hollywood movie? Not even close...... Compared to a DVD made from footage from another digital cam? Guess that would depend on the cam your comparing it too.....

Let's say for arguments sake a high quality DVD uses 50mb per minute.... It only comes with a 16mb card, what's the max on those SD cards? About 128 or 256? think about it for a minute. I'm sure it's fine for creating little clips but if you want to do video buy a video camera. If you want a camera buy a camera.

Doesn't even do that it uses a memory card.... I'm sure it's fine for novelty video and probably even makes some decent images but "DVD quality" video......

    its mpeg 4 video.

I own a archos av320 with a av300 camera/ camcorder attachment. Which really does record near DVD quality or exactly dvd quality. The only reason Im lookin into buying another one is because of size.

Do any of you reccomend any other mini camcorders out there, that are of good video/ picture quality.

SD cards go up to 1 maybe 2 GB. 1 GB SD cards are $70 to $100 American Depending on the Brand and the transfer rate.

1GB is quite a bit of MPEG4, but I would go with DV on tape.
    snappy phrase

    I don't know what you're talking about.
