    Im trying to convert Divx and Xvid files to 320 x 240 30fps. I have a special tool MJCvt (to my Flashtrax device) which does the work. But the audio and video is not in sync. Why? And what can I do to fix this?

    Have you seperated audio from video before converting?

    I coverted some movie files to watch on iriver h320.
    I used VirtualDub and it worked pretty good. Some files had little problem w/ audio codec but most of them coverted w/o any problem.
    Some people said Pocketdivxencoder works well, too.

    For the instruction, search for more info.
    There are a lot of good instructions out there.
    I found some useful info in PDA sites.
